A Clubfoot Mom
Feeling overwhelmed with your cutie’s clubfoot diagnosis? Is the BnB transition harder than you thought? Need some basic clubfoot treatment information? This is the podcast for you! I have been there, am still there, and discuss all topics clubfoot related. A mixture of short and sweet episodes and conversations with other clubfoot parents, medical professionals, and members of the clubfoot community, this is the only podcast dedicated to clubfoot available. My goal is to provide resources and information for everyone on the treatment journey.
I love the opportunity to talk with other clubfoot people, although it can be difficult to find a quiet time and place to record in the chaos of my household. Shout out to my talented brother, Conor Murphy, for all the high-tech editing I could never dream of doing.

Our BnB Transition, the good, the bad, and the 100 percent truth
In this episode I get real about our cutie's transition from casts to 23 hour BnB wear. I talk about it all, the exhaustion, the constant stress, and the joyful moments we experienced as well. This episode is about our experience and the emotional toll it took on all of us. If your cutie is struggling to adjust to the BnB, then this episode will is to show you that you are not alone in the struggle.

Should I treat her differently?
In this episode I get real about my complicated feelings watching my clubfoot cutie grow and explore all things physical. I open up about my fear of her hurting her hard earned corrected feet by trying to keep up with her older two sisters, but also about the immense pride I have when watching her face new challenges. I talk about a very real conversation I had with her physical therapist about how my fear could be holding her back and how I continue to work through that fear daily as she grows stronger and more adventurous every day. This episode is for those of you who have older cuties who are walking that balance of maintaining safety while also allowing them the freedom to explore their new physical capabilities. I hope you enjoy it!
